2. Grundsatz: Ihre Daten bleiben auf Ihrem Gerät

Die App «Mini Medix» funktioniert vollständig offline. Wir erheben, übermitteln und speichern keinerlei personenbezogene Daten auf unseren Servern. Die App benötigt kein Benutzerkonto, enthält keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Dienste und baut im Betrieb keine Internetverbindung auf.

3. Lokal gespeicherte Daten

Folgende Daten werden ausschliesslich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert:

• Beobachtungen: Von Ihnen erfasste Einträge (Titel, Notizen, Datum, Kategorie, verknüpftes Krankheitsbild). Diese können Gesundheitsangaben zu Ihrem Kind enthalten — sie verbleiben ausschliesslich auf Ihrem Gerät.
• Fotos: Bilder, die Sie einer Beobachtung hinzufügen, werden in den geschützten Speicherbereich der App kopiert. Die App greift nur im Moment der Auswahl auf Kamera bzw. Fotobibliothek zu.
• Lesezeichen und Einstellungen: Gespeicherte Artikel, Sprache und Darstellungsmodus. Diese Daten sind für uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt einsehbar.

4. Berechtigungen

• Kamera: nur zum Aufnehmen eines Fotos für eine Beobachtung; Zugriff erfolgt erst nach Ihrer ausdrücklichen Freigabe durch das Betriebssystem.
• Fotobibliothek: nur zur Auswahl vorhandener Bilder für eine Beobachtung. Beide Berechtigungen können Sie jederzeit in den Systemeinstellungen widerrufen; die App bleibt ohne sie nutzbar (ohne Fotofunktion).

5. Löschung Ihrer Daten

Sie können einzelne Beobachtungen und Lesezeichen jederzeit in der App löschen. Mit dem Deinstallieren der App werden sämtliche lokal gespeicherten Daten unwiderruflich entfernt. Da wir keine Kopien besitzen, ist eine Wiederherstellung durch uns nicht möglich — erstellen Sie bei Bedarf eigene Sicherungen (z. B. Geräte-Backup).

6. Medizinische Inhalte

Die in der App enthaltenen medizinischen Informationen stammen mit freundlicher Genehmigung vom Universitäts-Kinderspital beider Basel (UKBB) und sind in der App fest hinterlegt (kein Online-Abruf). Die Inhalte dienen der allgemeinen Information und ersetzen keine ärztliche Beratung, Diagnose oder Behandlung. In Notfällen wählen Sie 144 (Sanitätsnotruf) oder 145 (Tox Info Suisse).

7. Keine Bekanntgabe an Dritte

Da die App keine Daten an uns übermittelt, findet keine Bekanntgabe von Personendaten an Dritte und keine Übermittlung ins Ausland statt.

8. Ihre Rechte

Nach dem schweizerischen Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) haben Sie insbesondere das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung und Löschung Ihrer Personendaten. Da wir keine Personendaten aus der App verarbeiten, betreffen diese Rechte in der Praxis nur allfällige Korrespondenz mit uns (z. B. Support-Anfragen per E-Mail). Wenden Sie sich dazu an info@nothelferkurszentrum.ch.

9. Änderungen

Wir können diese Datenschutzerklärung anpassen, etwa wenn künftige App-Versionen neue Funktionen erhalten (z. B. Absturzberichte oder Inhalts-Updates). Es gilt die jeweils in der App verlinkte, aktuelle Fassung.

2. Principle: your data stays on your device

The Mini Medix app works fully offline. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. The app requires no account, contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking services, and makes no network connections during use.

3. Data stored locally

The following is stored only on your device: observations you create (title, notes, date, category, linked condition — these may include health information about your child), photos you attach (copied into the app's protected storage; camera/photo library are accessed only at the moment of selection), bookmarks, and settings (language, appearance). None of this is ever visible to us.

4. Permissions

Camera (taking a photo for an observation) and photo library (choosing existing pictures) are used only for those purposes and only after you grant them via the operating system. You can revoke both at any time in system settings; the app remains usable without them.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete individual observations and bookmarks in the app at any time. Uninstalling the app irreversibly removes all locally stored data. Because we hold no copies, we cannot restore it — make your own backups if needed (e.g. device backup).

6. Medical content

The medical information in the app is included with the kind permission of the University Children's Hospital Basel (UKBB) and is bundled with the app (no online retrieval). It is for general information and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, call 144 (ambulance) or 145 (Tox Info Suisse).

7. No disclosure to third parties

Since the app transmits no data to us, no personal data is disclosed to third parties or transferred abroad.

8. Your rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. As we process no personal data from the app, in practice these rights concern only direct correspondence with us (e.g. support emails): contact info@nothelferkurszentrum.ch.

9. Changes

We may update this policy, for example if future app versions add features (crash reporting, content updates). The version linked in the app applies.
